Catherine Pourre is a member of Groupe Beneteau’s Board of Directors following the change of governance decided on February 8, 2019. She was a Member of Groupe Beneteau’s Supervisory Board from 2014 to 2019.

She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was a Partner from 1989 to 1999, then Executive Director of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, she joined Unibail-Rodamco as Vice-President Finance and Corporate Services, before serving as a member of Unibail-Rodamco SE’s Management Board from 2007 to 2013.

Catherine Pourre is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Crédit Agricole SA and Chairwoman of its Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of its subsidiary Crédit Agricole CIB. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of SEB SA and Chairwoman of its Audit Committee.

Catherine Pourre is a Knight of the Order of Merit (Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite) and Knight of the Legion of Honor (Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur).

Catherine Pourre is an ESSEC graduate, has a law degree from Université Catholique de Paris and is a chartered accountant.
