Patrick Mahé is CEO of the Housing Division since July 2018.

His banking career with various banks and then CMO (Crédit Mutuel/Ocean Participations) led him to take on a series of positions related to the financing of companies, management of market activities (finance) and capital investment. After many years with the IRM brand as a CMO financial partner, Patrick Mahé joined IRM in 2001 alongside its founder, Jean Tessier, then replaced him as CEO in 2004. After the brand was acquired by Groupe Beneteau in 2007, he retained his operational roles at IRM until 2009 and continued as a director of the Housing Division. In July 2018, he joined the Housing Division again as CEO, bringing his robust knowledge of the market and the leisure homes industry.
