Vincent Monod has been Groupe Beneteau's General Counsel since 2013.
Following his initial experience as a corporate lawyer with Ernst & Young's network in Paris, he served as Head of Legal Affairs for Bouygues Bâtiment International (Bouygues Group subsidiary) for around 10 years.
Vincent Monod graduated from Ecole du Barreau de Versailles and the University of London in economics and political science, and is particularly convinced of the strategic role of legal directors in an increasingly international business environment and complex legal context.
