New organization for the Beneteau brand leadership team
The Group’s leadership announces a new organization for the Beneteau brand. Gianguido Girotti and Luca Brancaleon, respectively Marketing Director and Commercial Director, succeed to Carla Demaria who has been in the position for the last 6 years. They will share the brand’s executive management.
Hervé Gastinel and Carla Demaria, respectively President and Member of Groupe Beneteau Management Board, jointly announce the new organization for the Beneteau brand leadership.
Gianguido Girotti, Beneteau Marketing Director and Luca Brancaleon, Beneteau Commercial Director, hired by Carla Demaria in 2015 and 2017, will jointly lead the Beneteau brand. They will report to Hervé Gastinel as the Group’s Boat Division CEO.
A naval architect by education, Gianguido Girotti joined the Beneteau brand as Marketing Director for sailboats. Earlier this year, he was appointed Marketing Director for both sail and powerboats.
A lawyer by education, Luca Brancaleon joined the Beneteau brand as Commercial Director for the Beneteau brand. He brought an extensive track record in executive commercial positions in international and multi-brand environments and has spent the last 13 years in the boating business.
Following 6 years at the helm of the Beneteau brand, Carla DEMARIA will continue to sit at the Group’s Management Board and its Management Committees. She will focus again on the presidency of the Monte Carlo Yachts brand that she’s leading since its creation in 2008. Since 2015, she is also President of UCINA – Confindustria Nautica, the Italian boating industry association.
