On the opening day of the Cannes Yachting Festival, Groupe Beneteau will hold its press conference in presence of Hervé Gastinel, Group CEO and brand leaders.
Groupe Beneteau and its brands will present its ambitions and unveil the new models of the upcoming season.
The press conference will be held in French, with simultaneous translation provided in English.

Jean-Paul Chapeleau

Jean-Paul Chapeleau is adviser to the CEO and Chairman of the French Federation of Nautical Industries.
Previously he was Deputy CEO in charge of industrial operations and development. He was part of the Group's Management Board from 2014 to 2022.
Since 2009 and until March 2020, he was the General Manager of Jeanneau and Prestige. He passed the helm to Paul Blanc in April 2020.
A business school graduate, Jean-Paul Chapeleau joined Jeanneau in 1980. After a first five-year assignment in sales management, he was Director of Logistics for Jeanneau until 1995. He then served as Aftersales and Customer Service Director for 10 years. From 1992 to 1999, Jean-Paul Chapeleau was instrumental in the development of Jeanneau's production in Poland. From 2006 to 2009, he was in charge of Jeanneau's marketing, before later heading up its business development.

Gianguido Girotti

Gianguido Girotti is Groupe Beneteau's Deputy CEO and Chief Executive Officer of its Boat division.
Previously, he was Deputy CEO in charge of brand & product strategy for the Group's Boat division. From 2017 to 2019, he was General Manager of the BENETEAU brand.
A naval architecture graduate from the University of Southampton (UK), Gianguido Girotti joined the Beneteau brand as Marketing Director for sailboats in May 2015, after first working with naval architect German Frers and then Cantiere del Pardo (Grand Soleil and Dufour). He was appointed Marketing Director for both sail and powerboats for the Beneteau brand in April 2017.
Yann Masselot

The management of all the Brands and Communication of the Groupe Beneteau was entrusted to Yann Masselot in July 2022.
Yann Masselot joined the Beneteau boatyard in 1992 and worked in sales in the UK then France.
In 2000, he was appointed to head up commercial operations for LAGOON and enabling the brand to establish itself as the world leader for catamaran cruisers from 2003. He had been appointed CEO of Construction Navale Bordeaux between 2018 and 2020.
He had taken over the management of the BENETEAU brand in October 2020.
Yann Masselot is a graduate of the European Institute of Business in Paris and holds an MBA from Audencia Business School in Nantes.
