Miami 2020 Highlights
Nine brands exhibited at the most important US boat show, which welcomed nearly 100,000 visitors this year, and around 2,000 boats. Awards and premieres have marked this show for BENETEAU, PRESTIGE, LAGOON, EXCESS, MONTE CARLO YACHTS, and the American brands FOUR WINNS, GLASTRON, WELLCRAFT et SCARAB.
BENETEAU: Best of Show Award and US Premiere for Project E
With 16 boats exhibited for the first time on a unique stand, BENETEAU received the 2020 Best of Show Award, best in water display. The Project E has been presented for the first time in the US.
PRESTIGE: Two US Premiere
The brand held its North American Premiere for the PRESTIGE 590 S and East Coast Premiere for the PRESTIGE 420 S motoryachts.
LAGOON SIXTY 7 US Premiere
The SIXTY 7 was presented to the US public at the Miami boat show.
EXCESS : Two US Premieres and One Award
The EXCESS 11 and 15 models have been presented for the first time in the US. The EXCESS 12 won the award Boat of the Year from Cruising World and Sail.
MONTE CARLO YACHTS : World Premiere for MCY 70 Skylounge
The first images were unveiled at Düsseldorf boat show: the MCY 70 SkyLounge, first model a the new brand’s range, has been presented as a world premiere at Miami.
FOUR WINNS and GLASTRON : two CSI Awards
The American brands FOUR WINNS and GLASTRON won the Customer Satisfaction Index award for the excellence of their customers experiences.
WELLCRAFT and SCARAB : two first demonstrations
The american brands took the opportunity of Miami to do the first expected demonstrations of the WELLCRAFT 402 and SCARAB 285 models.
