Termination of Carla Demaria's position on the Management Board
On November 22, 2018, the Supervisory Board of Beneteau S.A. terminated Carla Demaria’s position as a member of the Management Board.
This termination follows the decision by the General Meeting of Monte Carlo Yachts S.p.A. on November 21, 2018 to dismiss Mrs Demaria from her positions as President and a Director of Monte Carlo Yachts.
